Wednesday's Marketplace Report had an interesting blurb about games that help reduce stress. Curious, I headed over to mindhabits.com and tested out a few games. Currently, my blood pressure is 120/80, so yeah, I guess maybe it did kind of work...
On the site are four different games, ranging from a word search (my personal favorite), to "Grow your Chi" (its hard to explain). There's an online mode, thankfully, and for hardcore gamers there's an actual copy you can buy for just a one-time payment of $19.99. Diet gamers need not apply.

I wonder about the whole "high scores" element of it though - it would seem to heap a load of pressure on you (if you are of that mindset) to try and do better - which will counter any calmness.
